As we have seen over the past few weeks, everyone, including a star as big as LeBron James, wants to get in on (and benefit from) the Taylor Swift mania that’s been gripping the nation.
Even if that means drawing some major heat from the millions of Swifties out there as WWE star Grayson Waller has shown over the past week.
During an appearance on WWE’s The Bump podcast, Waller angered Swiftie nation when he called Taylor Swift a Six.
“Hey, good for Trav,” Waller said, referring to Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. “Like, I’m not the kind of guy that would settle for a six, but each to their own. Me personally, I like a bit of spice. I like a 9 or a 10. I know Austin [Theory] does, too. Good for [Kelce] for settling and trying his best.”
Big congrats to wrestling fans! I always thought you were the ugliest losers on social media, but then I met the Swifties.

Following all of the backlash that he most certainly knew would come, Grayson Waller issued an “apology” on X (formerly Twitter).
“I know a lot of people are upset about a joke I made on The Bump about Taylor Swift,” said Waller.
After introducing himself to those unfamiliar with him, Waller told viewers, “I’m sorry.
“I’m sorry that you define yourself by another woman and her accomplishments. It’s kind of sad to be honest.
“Now I’ve got all these swamp donkeys in my DMs saying mean things, saying I’m a zero out of ten.
“Hey, leave the wrestling to the professionals. Stick to trading friendship bracelets like a bunch of 4-year-olds.”

Naturally, during one of his next appearances at a WWE show, Grayson Waller fed even more into his personally manufactured controversy by mocking the special handshake Taylor Swift did with Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany on Sunday.
Take special note of Waller’s t-shirt, especially what it says on the back…

That’s some A-Level trolling by a professional wrestling bad guy right there.
