If you were an iconic movie star, would you use any of your iconic quotes in real life? Of course, you would! And don’t worry, you’re not alone, as even Harrison Ford has admitted to doing it.
During a recent interview, Ford namechecked his famed “Get off my plane!” line from Air Force One as the one he probably uses the most in everyday life given how much he travels.
“Because I fly, I probably say why more than I need to, ‘Get off my plane!'” Ford told People during a recent interview to promote the release of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
In addition to the legendary Ford taking Indy’s iconic hat for one final ride, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny also stars Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Antonio Banderas, Toby Jones, Boyd Holbrook, and Mads Mikkelsen. The film, helmed by Logan and Ford v. Ferrari filmmaker James Mangold will hit movie theaters in the United States on Friday, June 20.
Despite now being 80 years old, Ford is as busy as ever these days, as he also recently starred in the AppleTV+ comedy series Shrinking alongside Jason Segel and is set to take over the role of General Thaddeus Ross in the Marvel Cinematic Universe when he makes his debut in the franchise in Captain America: Brave New World, which is set to hit theaters next summer. Ford is also expected to appear in the film Thunderbolts, which is also dated for 2024. The release of both those films may be delayed, however, due to the ongoing writers’ strike.
