Paintball was a huge part of my youth. From the moment I was old enough to play paintball, it seemed like every birthday party I had or went to involved playing paintball. It was just what we did on the weekends for a massive chunk of my childhood and then, overnight, it seemed to almost disappear as a sport.
I rediscovered the glorious game of paintball during a bachelor party in Charleston, S.C. not too long ago and was reminded of just how much fun it is. Sure, getting hit with the tiny balls of paint can bruise your ego but they’re really not painful unless you’re hit up close. It’s more of a shock than anything. Anyways, this informative clip from INSIDER shows the process of how paintballs get made from start to finish and below I’ve linked a bunch of paintball gear because after watching this video I’m ready to go play some paintball:

Like I said above. I’m now in a state of being all amped up and wanting to play paintball. I did some searching around on Amazon and found that you can purchase a dope kit with the gun, mask, hopper, CO2 tank, harness, and paintballs for only $156 which is a heck of a deal. And if you’ve already got the gun + CO2 combo you can load up on paintballs and get 2,000 of them for only $39. I’m the type of player who never stops shooting from the moment that the referee blows his start whistle until I’m either hit or the game is over. I find it’s best to shoot as much paint as humanly possible in order to keep everyone on their toes.
