Rapper Waka Flocka was not amused by Jake Paul’s interest in doing blackface.
Last month, Paul said he wanted to do a skit in blackface after Druski dressed up as Erika Kirk in a viral video.
“Honestly, it’s f-cking hilarious. I loved it,” Paul admitted. “I’m obviously Republican, and all the Republicans being mad about this shit is like a fucking L for Republicans because this is fucking hilarious. And even though it’s fucking dark and twisted, this is what comedy fucking is—that we are fucking humans. Let’s make fun of ourselves, and there’s truth in this. An extreme truth, and people weren’t ready for that.”
“I want to ask you something because I’ve been, over the last couple of days, calling makeup artists and I was going to do a response to this [Druski’s video] and like go and do like the full on,” Paul said.
“And do it and just do it back, because why not?” Paul said. “Like, are we on the same playing field?”

On Wednesday, Paul was awkwardly confronted by Waka Flocka for wanting to do blackface during a livestream.
“You don’t understand the history behind it.. you’re wrong, blackface is not comedy. It’s disrespectful to a culture of people that don’t got dark skin. You making jokes about folks. Grandmas experienced that torture in it. You know what I’m saying, bro? So ain’t nobody experienced torture with no white face but a black face.”
Paul argued that he should be able to make fun of everyone.
“So I think you’re a more serious guy. And I’m more let’s all make fun of each other and be bros. I’m friends with blacks, whites, purples, Mexicans, all of the above. Girls, boys, Indians, all of that. So I think you’re, like, really serious and you’re like, I don’t want to make fun of anybody. I’m the opposite. Like, let’s all make fun of each other. Let’s all roast each other.”
