Due to reports that their personal life is in turmoil, an underrated aspect of the potential divorce between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez is how it will affect their professional relationship, too.

In 2022, Affleck and his best pal Matt Damon launched their studio Artists Equity, which has produced films such as Air, and upcoming projects such as The Instigators and Small Things Like These.

Another of Artist Equity’s upcoming projects is a film titled Unstoppable, which is about champion one-legged wrestler Anthony Robles and is directed by Oscar-winning Argo editor William Goldenberg.

The film stars Jharrel Jerome as Robles alongside Don Cheadle, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Pena, and… Jennifer Lopez. Lopez will be playing Judy Robles, Anthony’s mother.

If Lopez and Affleck do split up, it could make the release of the film, which is currently in post-production, quite awkward as Affleck is listed as one of the film’s producers alongside Damon, Robles, Gary Lewis, David Crockett, Andy Fraser, and Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas.

Here is the official synopsis for Unstoppable, via Artists Equity:

“Despite being born without a right leg, Anthony Robles overcomes major obstacles both at home and on the mat, to become an NCAA Division 1 champion wrestler. Based on the book, Unstoppable: From Underdog to Undefeated: How I Became a Champion by Anthony Robles.”

Unstoppable, which will be released by Amazon MGM Studios, does not have an official release date at this time.

Later this week, Lopez’s newest film, a sci-fi titled Atlas, will be hitting Netflix. Lopez stars in the project, which has been panned for looking like it was created by artificial intelligence, also stars Simu Liu, Sterling K. Brown, and Mark Strong.
