Another day, another celebrity lawsuit. Now it’s Kanye West being sued by a former employee who is accusing the rapper of doing some very heinous things while serving as his boss.

The plaintiff, Murphy Aficionado, was hired by Kanye West as a project manager in October 2022. What he considered to be a dream job eventually turned into, what his lawsuit claims, a “nightmare.”

Aficionado, who worked for West for nine months, is now suing Kanye for a total of 12 complaints including discrimination, creating a hostile work environment, retaliation, failure to pay wages, and wrongful termination.

The lawsuit claims, “Ye’s antisemitic tirades and conspiracies were a daily occurrence. Often, these outbursts involved how Jews controlled the Kardashians. Other times, Ye recounted how Jews were going after him and his money.”

One example of Kanye West’s outbursts, the former employee alleges in the lawsuit, includes him saying, “The Jews are out to get me. They froze my bank account. The Jews got Kim and my kids. … The Jews convinced Kim. She has Jewish masters.”

It also claims Murphy Aficionado had to deal with West “preaching” his “dogma almost daily” and that on one occasion Kanye West wore a swastika t-shirt in his presence, then asked him if he liked the shirt.

That incident allegedly came after Kanye halted a business meeting to have “loud” sex with his wife, Bianca Censori. Aficionado also claims that after the sex, Kanye showed him nude photos of Kim Kardashian.

Aficionado also alleges that West told him his traditional Filipino tattoos were “ugly and should be removed.”

Murphy Aficionado, who claims he worked up to 70 hours a week, was fired last year by after Kanye West’s Donda Academy permanently ceased operations, claims West owes him at least $35,000 in unpaid wages.

In April, another former employee of Kanye West’s fashion brand Yeezy and Donda Academy, Benjamin Deshon Provo, filed a lawsuit claiming he too “suffered severe discrimination, harassment and retaliation.”
