Meta CEO and Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg has been very active on Threads lately. It’s given the tech world a unique look into the life of the Silicon Valley billionaire.

Thanks to Zuck’s increased activity on Threads (and FB/IG), we have been able to follow Mark’s MMA and Jiu-Jitsu journey closely. Zuckerberg was recently awarded his blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu, months after winning his first-ever competitive martial arts match.

It has been evident for a long time how serious Mark Zuckerberg is taking his MMA training. But he took his training to the next level this week when Mark installed an octagon for training in his Bay Area backyard. Mark Zuckerberg shared a screenshot of a conversation with his wife, Priscilla, about the new backyard addition:

Further reinforcing how serious Mark Zuckerberg is taking his MMA training, he also shared (on Threads) his extra large order at McDonald’s. Zuck said he’s needing to taking 4,000 calories each day to offset his training. Without the 4,000 calories he’d begin to cut weight.

All things considered, that’s not an outrageous order. Mark wrote “20 nuggets, a quarter pounder, large fries, Oreo McFlurry, apple pie, and maybe some side cheeseburgers for later.”

Without specifying how many ‘side cheeseburgers’ he’s talking about, we are unable to tally up the total caloric value of his McDonald’s order. But it’s clear that whatever he’s eating is working for him.

Mark Zuckerberg is in the best shape of his life as rumors of a potential octagon fight against Elon Musk continue to swirl.

Perhaps, if the world has a sense of humor, we’ll get to see Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk fight in the octagon and the winner gets the ‘X’ trademark.
