While Martin Scorsese has obviously made a name for himself as one of the greatest directors to ever live, the legendary filmmaker has found himself as the subject of his daughter’s TikTok videos, thus making her the director.

In a video to TikTok, Scorsese’s daughter Francesca made a montage of what Scorsese is like during everyday life and it’s honestly an adorable glimpse into the life of a man that’s become like the grandfather of American cinema.

Scorsese’s next film Killers of the Flower Moon is set to release in October and is reportedly not at risk of being delayed due to the ongoing writers’ and actors’ strikes. Given the talent involved, though, Killers of the Flower Moon is one of the rare movies that perhaps doesn’t need to do all that much press in order to perform at the box office.

In the lead role of the film is Leonardo DiCaprio, who is collaborating with Martin Scorsese for the sixth time, having previously worked together on Gangs of New York, The Aviator, The Departed, Shutter Island, and The Wolf of Wall Street.

In addition to DiCaprio, Killers of the Flower Moon stars fellow Academy Award winner and cinema legend Robert De Niro, who is working with Scorsese for the tenth time. Interestingly, despite the fact that both men have so frequently worked with Scorsese, this is the first time they’ve both co-starred in one of his films together.

Alongside the iconic duo of DiCaprio and De Niro, Killers of the Flower Moon also stars Jesse Plemons, Lily Gladstone, Brendan Fraser, and John Lithgow. Currently, the film is scheduled to hit movie theaters on Friday, October 6 before it begins streaming on AppleTV+ sometime after that.
