In his legendary decade-long podcasting run, Joe Rogan has hosted artists, fighters, musicians, neurosurgeons, political players, Alex Jones, astrologists, and just about everyone outside of your local plumber.
The tendency, no matter how high-profile the guest, is to give the most powerful podcaster on the planet a nice ball-washing, over-complimenting his studio or infuse false hope in him that they’ll try DMT and go elk hunting together. Don’t get me wrong, it is a sound PR decision to endear yourself the all-powerful Joe Rogan and the truckloads of free publicity that comes with it.
Leave it to Miley Cyrus, the artist who brought us Party in the U.S.A. (a smash hit), to bring the black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu to his knees.
While watching a few clips of Miley’s beloved RuPaul’s Drag Race, Rogan took a jab at the artistry by claiming that all drag contestants have the same routine. Miley did not like this comment.

“They all do the same move,” Rogan complained. “They drop down and do the splits.” The unfazed Cyrus coolly replied, “That’s what I think when I’m watching your show too — all the same stuff.” [via]

As a huge Rogan guy myself, I fully endorse this cheap shot from Miley. Gotta keep the $100 million man honest, make sure his knives stay sharp. Complacency is the deadly enemy of spiritual progress.
