Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for Christopher Nolan’s new film Oppenheimer, which is scheduled to hit theaters in the United States on Thursday, July 21, 2023. Check it out below.

Cillian Murphy, Nolan’s longtime collaborator, stars in the film as J. Robert Oppenheimer, who is known as the “father of the atomic bomb.”

Oppenheimer, Nolan’s first film at Universal Pictures following his departure from Warner Bros. following the release of Tenet, stars Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Florence Pugh, and more.

In addition to those aforementioned headliners, Oppenheimer also stars Rami Malek, Benny Safdie, Josh Harnett, Dane DeHaan, Jack Quaid, Matthew Modine, Alden Ehrenreich, Kenneth Branagh, Jason Clarke, Josh Peck, David Krumholtz, Alex Wolff, Tony Goldwyn, Gary Oldman, Casey Affleck, and more.
