Security footage reportedly shows DaBaby assaulting a hotel worker in Beverly Hills.
The Grammy-nominated rapper allegedly got into an altercation with a hotel employee outside where the worker reportedly asked DaBaby for a photo. DaBaby turned down the hip-hop fan, which started the dispute.
Video shows DaBaby, his entourage, and the employee walking back into the lobby. Then all of a sudden, DaBaby slammed the hotel worker into a chair. The Suge rapper gives the hotel employee a tongue-lashing and put his finger in his face several times.
The assault reportedly happened on December 19, 2019, a day after he performed at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles. Police were not called, and DaBaby left the hotel without further incident.

This video surfaced only weeks after DaBaby was arrested for an altercation in Miami. DaBaby, whose legal name is Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, was arrested for allegedly punching a man in the face on January 2, 2019. The Charlotte rapper was charged with battery and given a $1,500 bail. The fight reportedly stemmed from a dispute over money. Apparently, the victim was a promoter who said he paid DaBaby $30,000 for a performance, but DaBaby counted it and said the payment was $10,000 short.
In December, DaBaby was arrested in Charlotte, North Carolina, on charges of marijuana possession and resisting an officer. DaBaby had a warrant for his arrest in Texas, but the charge of battery was withdrawn in January.
In May of 2019, DaBaby shared a video of him getting into a fight with his personal rival, Cam Coldheart. The two rappers got into a brawl at a Louis Vuitton store in Miami, and it ended with Coldheart on the floor with a bloody nose and his shorts around his ankles. Coldheart alleges that two members of DaBaby’s entourage jumped him.
DaBaby ended up making a t-shirt of his conquest over Coldheart and selling it.

Kirk was involved in an incident in Huntersville, North Carolina, where a 19-year-old man was shot and killed. Kirk’s lawyer said his client acted in self-defense.” The charges against DaBaby were dropped, and he pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon, which is a misdemeanor.
