Countless people rang in the new year by swearing to themselves that this is the year they finally follow through on their resolution, with many of them making a pledge to lose some weight in 2019.

As any regular gym-goer knows, there’s no better time to take a break to help your muscles recover than the week following the start of the new year. However, if you’re really looking to get in shape, you’re going to have to follow a fairly strict diet.

For a lot of people, this means chocking down skinless chicken breasts and eating copious amounts of leafy greens but there are a number of strategies you can harness to help you reach your goals.

With that said, some of them are more advisable than others.

According to a Yahoo article with one of the best headlines you’ll ever come across, model and Instagram influencer Ruby Tuesday Matthews— whose parents were apparently big fans of casual dining chain restaurants— recently answered some questions from her followers.

One of them asked her how she managed to stay so skinny prior to her first pregnancy and she was more than happy to share her strategy.

Her secret to success? Cocaine. Lots and lots of cocaine.

Of course, a person can’t survive on blow alone so she also made sure to incorporate a few other things into her diet:

“I did a lot of cocaine. Like a lot. So basically I just smoked cigarettes, had [black coffee] and did coke. And in between, had the tapas. Like my life was tapas and cocaine.”

In fairness, it’s probably about as healthy as keto.

Thankfully, Matthews has taken a healthier approach to life since giving birth (even though she’s still smoking darts) and it seems to be working out just fine so far.

Remember, kids: thou shall not live by tapas and cocaine alone.
