Shia LaBeouf confronted an allegedly schizophrenic woman who posts videos about being married to him
A video of troubled actor Shia LaBeouf confronting an alleged female stalker has been going viral on social media. The woman who recorded the video, who lists her name as Alyssa Couture, posts on the Instagram account @hfcampaign and identifies as being Muslim and having schizophrenia.
@hfcampaign has over 5,400 posts on Instagram, so while difficult to scroll through them all, the ones we did personally look at were over 90% selfie videos — hundreds and hundreds in recent months — that begin with her saying “Hi Shia” before she provides updates on her day.
According to her GoFundMe, the woman lists “schizophrenia, heart disease, scoliosis, and PTSD,” as her ailments and claims to be “a stroke victim with a traumatic brain injury and a torture victim.” The video she shared prior to her post with LaBeouf in it saw her reciting the Muslim call to prayer.

Couture has posted hundreds of videos on Instagram videos in recent months addressing LaBeouf directly, sometimes claiming he’s her “husband.” Alyssa has posted videos in which she refers to him as “my husband Shia LaBeouf” and others with captions about how she misses and loves him.
We scrolled back to December 2025 on @hfcampaign’s Instagram and even then, Alyssa was posting videos directly addressing LaBeouf. She began wearing a hijab in a video on April 9 and has been wearing one in her videos ever since.
Whatever the preceding circumstances may be, the situation came to a head on Monday, July 13 when @hfcampaign shared a video — taken from the driver seat of her car — of Shia LaBeouf confronting her.
“God bless you. Leave me alone. Hi, how are you? Hey, you’re scaring my Dad, you’re scaring my people. You hear what I’m saying? God bless you. Leave me alone,” LaBeouf says in the video.
A House of Representatives resource on cyberstalking defines cyberstalking as “repeated contact that makes you feel afraid or harassed — whether in person or online.”

LaBeouf is in the midst of an already tumultuous year as he was arrested during Mardi Gras on February 17 in New Orleans and charged with two counts of simple battery for allegedly punching a bar employee.
