Taylor Swift Releases Alleged Diss Track ‘thanK you aIMee’ Aimed At Kim Kardashian

“The pen is mightier than the sword” is a phrase that surely you’ve heard before. Taylor Swift seems to have set out to prove that, after releasing a song that many fans think is a direct shot at Kim Kardashian.

The song’s title, thanK you aIMee, isn’t exactly  hiding who it’s about, with the letters K-I-M capitalized. It’s the 24th track on her album-turned-double-album, The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology, released at 2AM Friday.

Remember, the two have been feuding for quite some time now. It all stems from Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West interrupting Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for Video of the Year at the 2009 VMA’s. When Kardashian and West started dating in 2012, the feud extended to Kim Kardashian.

Since then, a series of interactions largely played out in the media, detailed here, between the two have led to the feud continuing. Many thought that some of the lyrics in Swift’s 2017 album Reputation were aimed at the couple after the two released a recorded phone call between the parties that many contend was edited to make Taylor Swift look bad.

Now, Taylor Swift has taken aim. Look at the chorus and the bridge from the song.

That line about Kim Kardashian’s kids with Kanye West listening to songs that Taylor wrote that was about their mom hits deep! The pen truly is pretty mighty.

The Swifties were clowning Kim Kardashian in the wee hours on the East Coast Friday morning.

Surely the Kardashian clan will respond to this in some way. But, this round goes to Taylor Swift.
