Twin Peaks is one of the most successful sports bars in the US, but beyond its food, the chain is best known for its waitresses. Because these servers are such an integral part of the bar experience, tipping is a big part of Twin Peaks’ culture—and a lot of the time, that can lead to a lucrative payday for the workers.
In a video that amassed 14,700 views, Texas-based Twin Peaks server Jacky (@wtfjacky) spoke directly to the camera in a clip that appeared to be filmed at the restaurant.
“OK, here is the reality of working at Twin Peaks,” she began.
Jacky then went on to explain that she worked a double shift that day—but didn’t leave empty-handed.
In terms of card tips, she earned $243.05 and then counted out her cash tips for the viewers. This ended up being $298. So, in total, she says she earned $541.05 in tips (though technically, the figure was $541.50).
Jacky then went on to add that she got $1298.72 in sales, minus the $38 tip share and $29 bar tip out (where tips are distributed among other staff).
She Encouraged Others To Apply
“Mind you, today was super busy for Sunday, I was not expecting to be this busy,” she added. “So I’m very blessed it was like this busy but definitely super, super tiring.”
In terms of staffing, she says there were seven girls at night and six in the morning.
“Sections were really good, but at the same time obviously it was the hassle of having to go up and down,” she said.
Jacky added that “it’s definitely a big hassle, but in the end, like, the money is really good.” As she said this, she showed her stack of cash to the camera.
In the end, she encouraged others to apply. She showed her tip receipts and pointed out that “you lose nothing with applying. It’s honestly really fun—really great. It’s just busy like any other serving job. So, if you guys are in the serving industry—you guys wanna work—it’s pretty good money.”
She concluded by pointing out that, as part of Saint Patrick’s Day, servers wear green lingerie.
BroBible reached out to Jacky and PR representatives for Twin Peaks via email.
Multiple commenters complimented Jacky, with some sending flirtatious emojis.
One commenter said, “Get that bag queen you’re so beautiful.”
A second wrote, “I want to eat there.”
While a third exclaimed, “ABSOLUTELY AMAZING GORGEOUS.”

More Twin Peaks Servers Share Tips
Jacky isn’t the only Twin Peaks worker to share insights into the tips she earns.
One TikToker went viral after bringing viewers along to her 7-hour Saturday shift at a Louisiana State University (LSU) football game.
She told them she was aiming for $250 in tips, and, throughout the day, she kept checking in with updates on the kinds of tips she received. While some tipped generously (including a 30% tip), others didn’t tip at all. One table claimed they couldn’t afford to after giving the server a $100 bill.
In total, she received $120 after tipping out. While lower than her expectations, it’s definitely not something to be sniffed at.
Another TikToker, Chloway (@chl0way), shared how much she was tipped in the course of a week. This was the first week of NFL season. She worked Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
On Monday, she made $254 in credit tips and $162 in cash. After tipping out $35, she was left with $381.
As for the rest of the week, she earned $184 on Tuesday, $224 on Thursday, $336 on Friday, and $168 on Saturday. This was an overall total of $1,290.
