With the launch of Disney’s highly-anticipated streaming service, Disney+, just mere weeks away, the hype train is now officially full steam ahead, especially when it comes to The Mandalorian.

The first-ever live-action Star Wars television series, The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal (Game of ThronesNarcos) as the titular Mandalorian, who is a bounty hunter that operates beyond the reaches of the New Republic.

Taking place five years after the fall of the Empire (Return of the Jedi) and twenty-five years before the emergence of the First Order (The Force Awakens), the series will follow the Mandalorian — a lone gunfighter and bounty hunter that Pascal has described as having “advanced combat skills and questionable moral character” — as he attempts to track down Giancarlo Esposito’s Moff Gideon, who is a former governor under the Empire whose life changed after the Rebels destroyed the second Death Star.

And while this latest trailer doesn’t do much to further explain the plot, it does certainly further set the mood for what looks like will be the best Star Wars-universe story since Rogue One.

In addition to Pascal and Esposito, The Mandalorian — which will consist of eight episodes in its first season — also stars Gina Carano, Nick Nolte, Carl Weathers, Bill Burr, Taika Waititi, and Werner Herzog.

The Mandalorian will hit Disney+ when the streaming service launches on Tuesday, November 12. With unrivaled content from classics, new releases, and originals from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and much more all for just $6.99/mo, who wouldn’t be interested in signing up?
