Timothee Chalamet truly is becoming the next Leonardo DiCaprio in front of our very eyes, as the 27-year-old actor was spotted at the US Open with Kylie Jenner in tow.

Whether it be in pictures taken by the paparazzi or footage from the official US Open account, Chalamet and the 26-year-old social media influencer were seen laying the PDA on thick at the final between Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev on Sunday.

Chalamet will next be seen starring as Willy Wonka in Paul King’s (the filmmaker behind the first two Paddington movies) Wonka, which will be hitting movie theaters in the United States on December 15.

He was also supposed to be starring in Dune: Part Two alongside Zendaya and a bevy of other A-listers in November, however, Warner Bros. bumped the highly-anticipated sequel back to March 2024 as a result of the studios’ unwillingness to fairly pay writers and actors.

In the coming years, Chalamet is also attached to playing Bob Dylan in a biopic directed by Logan and Ford v. Ferrari director James Mangold.

There has also been a recent rumor claiming he’ll be playing Robin in James Gunn’s newly formed DCU, but that would simply never happen as an A-lister of his status would be insane to take on not just a sidekick role, but perhaps THE sidekick role. Plus, as DiCaprio himself once famously told him, “no capes and no hard drugs.”

Since making his feature film debut back in 2014 with roles in a trio of films (including Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar), Chalamet has gone on to establish himself as one of the most promising actors in Hollywood with performances in projects such as Call Me By Your Name, Lady Bird, Hostiles, Beautiful Boy, The King, Little Women, The French Dispatch, Dune, Don’t Look Up, and more.
