50 Cent Was Arrested In The Caribbean For Literally The Dumbest Reason Ever

You ready for this one? Seriously, do you think you are? The legitimate reason that rapper 50 Cent was arrested on Saturday night in St. Kitts, the Carribean?

It was for saying a word. One single word. That you and I both know we mutter at least once during any given day, out of frustration.

According to TMZ, Curtis Jackson was detained by authotities after saying…”MOTHERFUCKER.” Because apparently the Caribbean doesn’t really respect that whole “freedom of speech” thing, as it’s against the law. Worse yet, it wasn’t just 50 using the curse word out of the blue; the rhetoric was actually, as you might’ve guessed, part of the hook on his Get Rich or Die Tryin’ track ‘P.I.M.P.’

Apparently, 50 Cent was warned ahead of time about using the word during his performance, but he just went right ahead and said FUCK THAT, and did it anyway.

Sources tell TMZ, 50 had been warned not to use profanity during his performance in front of 40,000 people. We’re told the DJ didn’t have a clean version of his set, and 50 didn’t pull the mic away from his mouth when he roared, “motherf*****” … and that was enough to get him arrested.

Cops showed up after the performance and took 50 to the station, where he was booked for using profanity in public. It’s a minor offense, but he has to stick around until Monday when he’ll go to court and pay a fine.

Alright, I’m just going to go ahead and say it. That’s bullshit. Please don’t arrest me for saying that.
