The upcoming Call of Duty: WW II has introduced Divisions, a system where gamers will select from five iconic World War II divisions. Developer Sledgehammer Games is replacing the Create-A-Class system with Division that will allow players to choose from specific basic combat training, division training, and weapon skills. Depending on which division a player joins, it will define their playstyle.

Divisions replaces the Create-A-Class system which has been a part of every Call of Duty multiplayer title since Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was released in 2007. The five unique divisions that players can choose from in multiplayer will be: Infantry, Expeditionary, Armored, Airborne, and Mountain. Each division has different weapon options and training that will increase your skills. Here are the loadouts of each divsion.

“Divisions fundamentally redefines how players invest in their multiplayer soldier career,” said Michael Condrey, the chief operating and development officer of Sledgehammer Games. It replaces the create-a-class system which has been a part of every Call of Duty multiplayer title since Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was released in 2007. “We think it’ll intrigue Call of Duty series veterans, and we can’t wait for our fans to see it for themselves.”
