Last year, former radio DJ David Mueller and alleged creep filed a lawsuit against Taylor Swift, accusing them of getting him fired from his job of 20 years following an interaction at a meet-and-greet backstage at a 2013 Colorado concert.
In response, Swift filed a countersuit alleging Mueller of sexual assault.
Recent court documents reveal Swift’s play-by-play account of the alleged groping three years ago as she was posing for a photo with Mueller and his female friend.
Via TMZ,
“As soon as he grabbed my ass, I became shocked and withdrawn and was barely able to say, ‘Thanks for coming,’ which is what I say to everybody.”
He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo, and it felt intentional that would be the time he would choose to do it.”
Swift initially asked the judge to keep the photo under wraps, claiming it was inappropriate for public consumption because it would triggers “scandalous” and “prurient” behavior and make it hard to find an impartial jury. Mueller has denied grabbing Swift’s ass and has counter-sued her over it.

It’s going to be tough for Mueller to deny any wrongdoing at this point, despite kicking and screaming and insisting he’s innocent. Be thirstier bro. You can’t.
