Not a lot is known about the film at this time, though it's been assumed from interviews with members of the cast and director Adam McKay, the film will see Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell) and his team of anchors — Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd), Champ Kind (David Koechner), Brick Tamland (Steve Carrell) and, of course, Miss Corningstone (Christina Applegate — head off to New York City and get involved in the 24 hour news cycle in their own way.
