The dude is part troll, part performance artist, part batshit crazy example of what happens when your fame and money go to your head at an early age. It’s like he’s the male equivalent of Britney Spears circa 2007 for the last couple years.
I don’t know what’s going on with his Davy Crockett haircut/rattail in this video, but it’s one of those things you just chalk up to Shia being Shia. I also don’t know where the hell he is here (a music festival parking lot, maybe?) but he’s shirtless and dropping some of the most embarrassing freestyles you’ve ever heard.
He had a huge opportunity to do something dope when he started rapping about Transformers, but dropped the ball hard. Next time, Bro.
