13 Awesome Vehicles Confirmed for ‘Grand Theft Auto V’

13. Sports and Super Cars

The sports and super cars group includes the following models:

9F – High performance roadster named after the Audi R8 Spyder.

Cheetah – Has appeared in previous titles like GTA III, GTA: Vice City, GTA: San Andreas. When reintroduced in GTA V it’ll now resemble a Ferrari Enzo from the front and sides and a Koenigsegg CCX from the back.

Comet – Has appeared in previous titles but with its return will have new wheels, vents and spoiler designs. It is very similar to a real-life Porsche 997 GT3.

Dewbauchee Convertible – A soft-top roadster similar to a real-life Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster and the Ferrari California.

F620 – It debuted in The Ballad of Gay Tony and will return for GTA V.

Feltzer – First appeared in San Andreas resembling a Mercedes-Benz two-door convertible and will make its return in GTA V.

Infernus – It made its first appearance in GTA III closely resembling a Lamborghini Murcielago and will return in GTA V with new wheels and rims, plus some minor cosmetic changes.

Maibatsu Sports Coupe – A two-door sports car produced by Maibatsu which will debut in GTA V.

MR Roadster – Modeled after the real-life Lotus Elise, it’ll debut in the new title with low front-end oval headlights and curved sides.

Sentinel – Closely resembling the BMW-3 Series, the Sentinel has appeared in each 3D Grand Theft Auto game and will also be in GTA V.

Super GT – Appeared in GTA IV and San Andreas, this two-door sports car will also be returning for GTA V.

Surano – A two-door roadster manufactured by Benefactor, making its debut appearance in GTA V.

12. Muscle and Vintage Cars

Dewbauchee Classic – Debuting in GTA V, this classic grand tourer is modeled after the Aston Martin DB series with inspiration from British and Italian car designs from the 1960s.

Emperor – It first appeared in GTA: San Andreas as a 90s sedan but in GTA IV it was changed to a 70s-style sedan. The 70s version has been spotted in GTA V previews and trailers.

Manana – Two-door coupe first seen in GTA III and then redesigned in GTA IV, a version that will appear in GTA V as well.

Picador – Seen briefly in the second GTA V trailer. The coupe pick-up truck was last seen in San Andreas.

Peyote – A 1950s vintage two-door coupe that first appeared in GTA IV.

Phoenix – Two-door muscle car that’s been seen in several GTA titles.

Ruiner – A two-door 1980’s style sports car with distinctive tail lights and spoiler that first appeared in GTA IV and will return in GTA V.

Sabre – A 70s muscle car that appeared in GTA IV and will also return in GTA V.

Sabre GT – High performance model of the Sabre which will also be returning to GTA V after appearing in GTA IV.

Stallion – Convertible muscle car that has appeared in several GTA titles.

Tornado – Two-door lowrider that first appeared in San Andreas. It was inspired by Cadillac and the Chevy Bel Air. It already appeared in the second trailer for GTA V and in artwork released by Rockstar.

Vapid/Hellenbach – A two-door muscle car debuting in GTA V based on the real-life Ford Mustang. Speculation is that it’s actually a remake of the Hellenbach from Chinatown Wars.

Vigero – Two-door muscle car that first appeared in GTA IV and returning for the new title.

Voodoo – Two-door lowrider that first appeared in GTA III.

11. Hatchbacks

Blista Compact – Basic two-door hatchback that has appeared in several GTA titles.

Futo – Simple Japanese hatchback returning from GTA IV.

10. Four Doors and Sedans

7F – A high performance executive car debuting for the first time in GTA V. Michael owns a 7F, which is inspired by the real-life Audi A Series.

Admiral – A German cruiser popular amongst the commuting middle class. The four-door Sedan has been featured in several GTA titles and will return for GTA V.

Buffalo – A hybrid muscle/sports Sedan that first appeared in San Andreas.

Dilettante – A hybrid Sedan based off the real-life Toyota Prius which first appeared in GTA IV.

Esperanto – One of the most common cars throughout the series. This four-door Sedan has appeared in several GTA titles and will reappear in GTA V.

Ingot – Four-door station wagon commonly known as one of the worst cars in the series.

Intruder – A mid-sized four-door Sedan which is also common in the series.

Premier – A four-door Sedan which is the civilian version of a taxi or police car. It first appeared in San Andreas and will return for GTA V.

Premium – A high performance executive Sedan making its debut in GTA V.

Presidente – A luxury four-door Sedan which first appeared in GTA IV.

Ubermacht – A luxury four-door Sedan (saloon car) manufactured by Ubermacht which is making it’s debut appearance in GTA V.

Vincent – A basic four-door saloon car.

Washington – Ordinary four-door Sedan with a very distinct boxy design.

Willard – Low performance four-door Sedan.

9. SUVs, Pick-Ups and Vans

Bodhi – an offroad pickup truck based off of the 1960’s Kaiser Jeep making it’s first debut in GTA V.

Burrito – a four man van that’s been featured in several GTA games. The one appearing in GTA V has a slight redesign to the bumpers and lights.

Camper – first appearing in San Andreas, it seems to be making a comeback after appearing in the background of artwork and trailers for GTA V.

Habanero – mid-sized SUV that first appeared in GTA IV.

Huntley – a luxury four-door SUV closely resembling a real-life Range Rover.

Karin – a two-door pickup truck debuting in GTA V.

Landstalker – a four-door SUV that’s appeared in every single GTA game since GTA III.

Patriot – four-door SUV that resembles a real-life Hummer. It’s also appeared in every GTA game since GTA III.

Pony – a medium-sized goods van.

Minivan – a generic civilian SUV that debuted in GTA IV.

Rancher – a basic SUV that’s appeared in several GTA games.

Serrano – a luxury SUV that was first introduced in The Ballad of Gay Tony and will return in GTA V.

Slamvan – a lowriding modified pickup truck.

8. Commercial and Industrial

Boxville – a delivery truck that’s been featured in several GTA titles and has appeared a few times in the media for GTA V.

Cement Truck – last seen in San Andreas, the Cement Truck was spotted in the second trailer for GTA V.

Flatbed – a heavy duty truck featured in several GTA games and was spotted in the first GTA V trailer.

Linerunner – speculated to be a different kind of semi-truck.

Stretch – a four-door stretch limousine that has appeared in several GTA titles and was spotted in the trailers for GTA V.

Towtruck – there has been two different size Towtrucks spotted in the media for GTA V. One that’s larger than the other which is speculated to be able to tow heavy duty vehicles.

Tractor – they are set to make an appearance for the first time since San Andreas.

7. Emergency

Ambulance – it’s appeared in every single GTA game so far and will return for GTA V.

Coastguard Jetski – this is the law enforcement version of the Speedophile 2000 jetski which was confirmed to appear in the first GTA V trailer.

Police Cruiser – a black and white police cruiser that will be one of the main police vehicles in the game.

Police Maverick – a police helicopter based on the real-life American Eurocopter AS350B-2 A-Star which is used for high level pursuits. The Police Maverick comes with two police officers equipped with rifles and a helicopter spotlight.

Police Patrol – the standard police patrol car.

Police SUV – making its debut in GTA V, police are seen hanging off the side shooting at the player in artwork and trailers for the new title.

Police Van – returning for GTA V but with reinforced body work.

Sheriff’s Cruiser – the Sheriff’s version of the police patrol car will also be featured in GTA V.

6. Public Service

Bus – the bus appeared in the second trailer released for GTA V.

Taxi – several different style Taxis will likely appear in the game, but so far only the yellow and blue version has been spotted.

Trashmaster – garbage truck that’s appeared in most of the GTA titles and was spotted briefly in one of the new GTA V trailers.

Securicar – an armored van that was first introduced in GTA III. The Securicar is manufactured by Brute.

5. Motorcycles and Bicycles

Akuma – a motorbike that debuted in The Ballad of Gay Tony and will now return for GTA V.

BMX – one of several bicycles that’ll be available in GTA V.

Chopper – at least one Chopper is known to appear in GTA V which could be a redesign of the Angel or Dawmon from previous titles.

Mountain Bike – another bicycle option for GTA V.

Quad – last seen in San Andreas, the Quad has appeared in several media released for GTA V. It also appears to be a favorite mode of transportation for Trevor.

Road Bicycle – additional bicycle option for the new title.

Sanchez – a motorbike option for GTA V.

Vader – last seen in GTA IV, it’ll be making an appearance in the new title as well.

Wayfarer – a touring bike based off of the real-life Harley Davidson FLHX Street Glide.

4. Trains

Although it’s yet to be officially confirmed, gamewise.co is reporting that a number of different freight trains have been spotted in several different media pieces for Grand Theft Auto V so far.

3. Watercraft

Los Santos Coastguard Jetski – considered an Emergency vehicle (listed above)

Marquis – a boat that’s been featured in several GTA titles to date. It’s been seen being towed on a trailer in GTA V which suggests it’ll be a playable option.

Speedophile 2000 – two-seater jetski that’s featured on the box art for the game as well as in several other media released for the new title. The word literally means ‘one who loves speed.’

Squalo – the speedboat first appeared in Vice City and will return in GTA V as well.

Submarine – making it’s first ever debut in GTA V.

2. Aircraft

Andromada – Last seen in San Andreas, the Andromada appeared in the GTA V trailer being flown by Trevor.

Blimp – Hasn’t been confirmed as playable in the new title yet, but several Blimps have been spotted in trailers for GTA V.

Buzzard – We first saw the military helicopter in The Ballad of Gay Tony expansion pack.

Cropduster – A fixed wing airplane last seen in San Andreas. It appeared in the first trailer for GTA V where it resembles a real-life Stearman.

Cuban 800 – A twin engine light aircraft based on the real-life Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche. It’s debuting for the first time in GTA V.

Fighter Jet – A fighter jet resembling a real-life F-16E or F/A-18 has been spotted in artwork and trailers for the new title.

Hydra – A jet-powered fighter craft that appeared in San Andreas and is making a comeback in GTA V.

Maverick – it’s been around for numerous GTA titles and will appear in GTA V but has undergone a slight redesign: This time it appears to be modeled after the real-life Eurocopter EC135.

Police Maverick – Also considered an Emergency Vehicle (listed above).

Shamal – An executive jet plane that’s been featured in several GTA titles. It’s confirmed to appear in the new title as well.

Skimmer – Appearing very briefly at the start of the first GTA V trailer, the Skimmer is a seaplane that first appeared in Vice City.

1. Others

These vehicles are listed as miscellaneous and don’t seem to fit in any of the listed categories confirmed above.

Bandito A dune buggy which first made an appearance in San Andreas. It’s confirmed to appear in GTA V.

BF Injection – The Big Bug is returning from GTA II but this time as BF Injection.

Caddy – The trusty golf cart that’s been a staple of GTA titles to date is confirmed for a GTA V return.
