Earlier today, TMZ delivered the tragic news that Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington committed suicide on what would have been Chris Cornell’s 53rd birthday. Bennington was a close friend of Cornell’s and wrote this letter the day of Audioslave frontman committed suicide.

Cornell and Bennington shared the stage on many occasions as they frequently toured together and thankfully a lot of those memories are preserved on the Internet.
