Reporter Pays Respect To Phife Dawg In The Greatest Traffic Report To Ever Appear On The News


It’s been a miserable day for the Hip Hop Nation, as the world awoke this morning to the news that Phife Dawg has died at the age of 45 due to complications tied to diabetes. As a founding member of A Tribe Called Quest, the greatest music group to ever come out of Queens, Phife Dawg touched a lot of lives across the globe, more than he’ll ever know.

One of those lives he touched with his music was that of Mark Arum, the traffic anchor for WSB-TV Atlanta, who used his morning traffic report to pay tribute to the passing of Phife Dawg. Already this video’s been picked up by nearly every website on the Internet, as this is one of the most unique tributes to Phife Dawg that’s popped up in the hours since he passed away:
