Ford

Great news truck enthusiasts, you won’t have to purchase a Raptor to get that high-performance Raptor engine. Ford is offering the 450-horsepower Raptor engine in the 2019 F-150 Limited and that means a little more vroom, vroom and will be the most powerful light-duty truck on the market.

The Limited version is the most lavish trim of the F-150, but now it will have a power plant that the gorgeous truck deserves. The swanky pickup truck will now come equipped with the high-output 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V-6 engine that pumps out 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. That’s a substantial increase from the 2018 model with 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet. The Limited also gets the Raptor’s dual-exhaust system. The truck comes with a 10-speed automatic, the only transmission option.

The top-trim F-150, which is only available as a four-door SuperCrew cab, will continue to boast an ultra-luxurious interior with two-tone leather, massaging seats, gradated ash swirl wood trim, and heated steering wheel. All of these opulent amenities in a half-ton pickup truck. Other notable features include a 360-degree camera system, Ford’s Pro Trailer Backup Assist towing feature, Sync 3 touchscreen infotainment with support for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 22-inch wheels, and power running boards. The F-150 Limited has a 5.5-foot short bed.

Expect the 2019 F-150 Limited to be in the $60,000 to $70,000 range, whereas the Raptor is $50,000. The 2019 F-150 Limited arrives in showrooms later this year.
