What’s up, BroBible? You might notice that my weekly ‘Things We Want‘ gear guide for men got a makeover this week. The new look design is meant to fit more with the style of my daily Everyday Carry Essentials features.
In this new format, I’ll be featuring a handful of standalone items interspersed throughout grids of items that caught my attention throughout the week. Not only will this cut down on load time of the page and make the user experience run better, it will allow me to feature more items each week that we all simply must have. Speed Injected Twist Face TaylorMade M5 and M6 Metalwoods

New year, new technology. TaylorMade has just unveiled their new M5 and M6 metalwoods which includes drivers, fairway woods, and hybrids. I’ve been playing the M4 irons and metalwoods for the past year and I saw a RAPID decrease in my handicap which made me a believer, now I’m stoked to see what this next-gen line of clubs holds.
TaylorMade’s Twist FaceTM is getting an upgrade in the form of Speed Injection. Their goal here is to ‘expose the false narrative that speed limits have been reached in metalwoods’ and as someone who swings the clubs about 175% faster than he should, I’m 100% here for this. There are 4 key new features to the Speed Injected Twist Face that will set the M5 and M6 metalwoods apart from their predecessors:
1. Ultra-thin Titanium face with redesigned Inverted Cone Technology (ICT)
2. Reengineered, more-flexible Hammerhead 2.0 slot
3. Internal support foam with variable amounts of injected resin
4. A proprietary algorithm to tune each head

The M5 and M6 drivers have been redesigned with a newer, thinner, more flexible face thanks to the new injection process. One of the biggest advantages of this new club face is a 20% reduction in thickness has led to a 66% larger sweet spot in the M5 drivers over the M3, and more than 100% larger than in the M1 drivers. The Ālapa Li for men is a new shoe from OluKai that just hit the market and it comes in four different styles. I’ll be honest, I initially thought I wasn’t going to love this shoe but I’ve been wearing it all week and I’m hooked. It’s like walking on a cushiony pillow, no socks needed, and it’s got support in all of the right places.
The upper is made with a breathable air mesh that’s either natural two-tone or solid colored based on your choice. Inside the shoe is a lightweight single-density poured PU anatomical footbed that’s got an anti-microbial cover and custom floral print. The outsole is a compression molded EVA midsole that’s non-marking and perfect for wearing on boats. It also provides great traction on all wet surfaces so you don’t slip and bust ass. This shoe also has a Drop-In Heel so you can slide in and out easily if you choose.

Foldable High-Tech Mountain Bikes Designed For The Military
