First up here is Abasolo Ancestral Corn Mexican Whisky, Mexico’s first 100% corn whisky. It’s made in Jilotepec de Abasolo at Mexico’s first distillery dedicated entirely to the production of whiskey and this pioneering spirit is 100% something each and every one of you should try out because it’s that damn good. This whiskey is made using locally sourced 100% Mexican Cacahuazintle corn. It carries notes of black tea, honey, vanilla, and leather.
The flavor is extracted from the corn using a process called nixtamalization which is 4,000-years-old but has never been used in whiskey production until now. You can mix it into cocktails or sip it chilled/neat, or however you prefer. I think it’s actually perfect in a Boulevardier (a Negroni with Whisky instead of Gin).

Gear For Staying Active
I love all of lululemon’s activewear but I’ve been particularly enjoying training this Summer in the Lululemon Metal Vent Breathe SS. It has been insufferably hot out and this shirt allows me to run outdoors without feeling like I just jumped in the pool, which I’ve actually been doing after every run lately and it’s been a glorious way to cool down. This shirt has a four-way stretch which gives you complete freedom of movement and it provides maximum breathability.
You can pair that shirt with the Vuori Ponto Short which is more of an all-around athletic short than a running short but it’s ideal for working out, warming up, cooling down, running errands, chilling out, and everything in between.
