Agree or disagree: are sports championships becoming more and more inevitable? The Dodgers repeated. Ohio State is marching back to another college football title. The Chiefs somehow always find their way into the Super Bowl (and lose to the Bills in the regular season and give them hope for the playoffs). Is it all bad? No, it creates villains and makes it all the sweeter when they fall. Now we just need one of them to fall.

But what have we learned from Week 10 of the college football season? To the surprise of no one, Ohio State is still really good. To the surprise of most, Indiana is still really good. The top 7 remain in place. We’re officially in “football has our undivided attention” season, so enjoy it all.

In honor of the 2025 college football season, we’re going to have updated rankings every week tracking the top 5 teams in the country. It’s a great opportunity to grab the jersey of your alma mater as they ascend to the top of the list. If your team doesn’t pop up on our weekly list, don’t fret: you can still find their apparel at Nike and adidas all season long.
