Fun fact about me: I love ice cream. It is one of the great comfort foods in my life. As soon as the temperature is consistently above 70°, I pretty much want ice cream every night of the week. Of course, now I’m in my 30s and have to watch my waistline, so I don’t punch that card for just any mass-market grocery story pint. I want that perfect scoop that makes me feel like a kid.
