I make no attempts around here to hide that fact that I’m a huge fan of Katrina Bowden’s. I’m probably one of the biggest 30 Rock fans around and even though Cerie wasn’t one of the main characters she often provided some much-needed eye candy to a cast made up of mostly dudes. It’s been about a month since we last checked up on Katrina Bowden’s Instagram but she popped into the BroBible Instagram feed earlier and it appears as if the former ‘Sexiest Woman Alive’ has been hitting the gym hard, sweating up a storm, and really filling out her curves:
