Bruce Dickinson introduces Iron Maiden beer

Iron Maiden is releasing “Trooper Ale” for heavy metal beer fans. Bruce Dickinson, yes the Bruce Dickinson, gives us a behind the scenes look at the new craft beer’s creation.

From bands to Big Hurt, there is no shortage of famous people looking to slap their name on booze. I don’t know the backstory of many, but they probably didn’t have to prove that they were interested in a long-term quality craft rather than a cash grab.
If this turns out as well as expected, Bruce might need those gold-plated diapers.

Trooper is a premium British beer inspired by Iron Maiden and handcrafted at Robinsons brewery. Being a real ale enthusiast, vocalist Bruce Dickinson has developed a beer which has true depth of character. Malt flavours and citric notes from a unique blend of Bobec, Goldings and Cascade hops dominate this deep golden ale with a subtle hint of lemon.
