Forget the Jimmy Fallon and Jay Leno debate, there’s a new late-night show in town. This spring, cereal mascot Cap’n Crunch will host a late night talk show on YouTube. Not since Space Ghost was heard from coast to coast have I been this excited to watch a cartoon character host a program.
This is obviously meant to be an ad, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be entertaining. Anyone remember Reebok’s “Office Linebacker?” Episodes will be posted every other Tuesday at 11:35 starting May 7th. Much like Space Ghost before him, the webisodes are intended for an adult audience. Maybe you and the Cap’n really can still make it happen.
