Is it a sandwich? Is it sushi? Who cares; this slider roll from NoVe’s Chef Hiro looks delicious. It would be perfect for that annoying friend we all have that refuses to eat sushi for no logical reason. Chef Hiro and NoVe are in Maimi, but I don’t see why you couldn’t make this yourself. Sure, you probably don’t have a sushi mat or even a sharp knife, but when has something simple like that stopped you in your quest to eat?
