Most people are in a time crunch when they wake up and don’t have a chance to make breakfast. You can only eat so many McGriddles before you die, so here’s an easy way to cook an omelet in a mug using only your microwave. I’ve cooked eggs in the microwave before, but somehow never thought to actually make an omelet. It seems so obvious too. The money I save not ordering from the Pancake House in my basement every day is going to buy me a whole lot of beer.
