Not surprisingly, the 84 year-old grandfather’s reactions are not all that different from your average 10 year-old.
Sadly, not all grandparents exhibit this type of positive reaction when asking them to play Black Ops 2 or Halo 4. Though you may get the same kind of organismic reactions to other things, like a Matlock marathon on whatever channel it is that old people gravitate towards.
Though the above also makes me wonder how we’ll be when all gamers reach that age. Will we finally be able to sit back and enjoy video games in an unabashed fashion, or will the petty complaining about video games continue in our twilight years?
Guess we’ll find out in about 50 years from now.
