‘Much Ado About Nothing’ trailer is a classic

Is Joss Whedon the William Shakespeare of our time? Does that question even make any sense? It must be pretty cool to be Joss Whedon and follow up The Avengers, a movie that made a billion dollars, with a black & white adaptation of a Shakespeare play. Much Ado About Nothing opened to raves at the Toronto International Film Festival last year, and the cast is a veritable Who’s Who of Whedon faves, including Alexis Denisof, Nathan Fillion, Fran Kranz and others. The play, if you haven’t read it, concerns two pairs of lovers on their path to the altar and the mischief that befalls them on the way. Much Ado About Nothing hits theaters on June 7th.
