Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is yet another in the long line of Apes films, but considering the cast and this trailer, it might just be the best one yet.
This new trailer hits on many emotions, and shows the gravitas of the cast including stars like Andy Serkis, Jason Clarke, Gary Oldman, and Keri Russell. It actually looks like a film that has the potential to be a true blockbuster.
Synopsis: A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes hits theaters everywhere on July 11, 2014.
