‘The Act Of Killing’ is the weirdest documentary ever

Watch this trailer. It’ll freak you out. I love documentaries, man. They let us look into parts of the world we’d never dare visit. Case in point: Indonesia in the 1960s, when government-sponsored death squads terrorized the land. Filmmaker Joshua Oppenheimer traveled there, met with former death squad members and made the craziest movie ever. He provided these unrepentant killers with filmmaking equipment and tasked them with re-creating their actions in film form. The final results are completely batcrap insane, like a low-budget island Rambo mixed with Saw. You need to see this flick. The Act Of Killing opens on July 19th.
