There will be a Wonder Woman in the upcoming Batman and Superman movie starring Ben Affleck and they’ve even cast the part already. The actress they’ve chosen may come as a bit of a surprise though. The female lead in the film will be (drumroll….) Gal Gadot.
Told you it was surprising. Not that it’s a bad choice. Anyone who saw her in Fast & Furious 6 knows that she’s got serious potential for the role.

“Wonder Woman is arguably one of the most powerful female characters of all time and a fan favorite in the DC Universe,” Snyder said. “Not only is Gal an amazing actress, but she also has that magical quality that makes her perfect for the role. We look forward to audiences discovering Gal in the first feature film incarnation of this beloved character.”
They also reported that Elodie Yung from G.I. Joe: Retaliation and Olga Kurylenko from Quantum of Solace also reportedly tried out for the part.
