Chef Turns A Big Mac From McDonald’s Into A Delicious-Looking Sushi Roll

Do you like cheeseburger spring rolls? I do. I like them a lot. I make a point to order them as an appetizer any time I see them on a menu. I even know a place that uses McDonald’s-esque “special sauce” (a.k.a Thousand Island dressing) as a dipping sauce for said cheeseburger spring rolls. Mmmm. They’re like the perfect upscale stoner treat, for those times you want to blaze down some Maui Wowie and not eat Bagel Bites.

In a video called “Will It Sushi?”, Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada managed to work some culinary magic on a basic Big Mac from McDonald’s, sculpting it into something you’d pay $20+ dollars for at a nice sushi restaurant.

Now I’m hungry.
