Naturally, this took place in Florida, because it couldn’t possibly take place anywhere else, except for maybe the storyline of a Dad Boner tweet. The man above and below (and all over your nightmares tonight) goes by the name Justin J Speekz and up until recently, he was working as a cook at Chili’s. The company fired him for posting these semi-topless photos of himself on Facebook with the tag “Sexy Cooks Of Chili’s” attached.
The photo shoot — which we can all agree oozes sex — took place in the kitchen of the Chili’s on Lithia Pinecrest Road in Valrico, FL. If any of you can’t imagine life without being able to dine at that Chili’s location, rest easy, because although Speekz is laying on surfaces where food is prepared, the branch passed a surprise inspection after Department of Business and Professional Regulation learned of the photos.
According to WFTS:
We showed these pictures to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the agency that regulates restaurants. It said there did not appear to be any violations in the photos because no food was being prepared.
After seeing the photos, the Chili’s in Valrico passed a surprise inspection with no critical violations.
Since there was no violation of any health codes, is his firing now considered wrongful termination? Or is it against Chili’s company policy to secrete sex while on company time?
