When It Comes To Working Out, Comedian Kevin Hart Doesn’t Joke Around (Seriously)

Comedian Kevin Hart is one of those guys that, no matter who you are, you’ve just got to respect and laugh with. I mean, seriously, has there anyone who has become more of a household name over the past couple years than he?

And while he gives all of us laughs for days thanks to his stand-up routine, movies and appearances as a host on awards or talk shows, Hart doesn’t play around when it comes to working out everyday.



Living by the mantra, “No excuses, no days off,” Hart pushes himself to the max with a workout routine that’s both impressive and intense that includes a daily 5:30 a.m. training session that’s comprised of everything from heavy ropes to elevated leg lifts.

Thanks to Nike’s inside view of Hart’s workout, we can all see what it’s like to be the hardest working man in showbiz.
