Can We Show Some Love For This Father-Son Duo That Went Around Texas Saving Dogs During The Flooding?

Brazoria County, Texas is basically about halfway between Galveston and Houston. For the past few days the county has been getting pounded with catastrophic rain that has led to unimaginable flooding and mandatory evacuations. In times like these it’s not uncommon for families to have to flee in an instant to escape the flooding waters, leaving animals at home, or for families to be blockaded from getting to their homes to rescue their dogs.

Enter these two über bros, a father and son duo that have been going around and rescuing dogs that were left behind to face the Brazoria County flooding alone, all scared and wet. Can we please show some love for these two bros?

Photos and videos of the devastating Brazoria County flooding have been popping up all over social media over the past few days. It seems now that Tropical Storm Colin has moved on these floods are where the mainstream media have focused like the Eye of Sauron.

My thoughts are with all the displaced residents, as well as the dogs left behind that haven’t yet been rescued by this father-son duo. I just want to send a big shout out to their sister, Imgur user DUSTYHAM, for sharing these photos of her father and brother’s heroic deeds.
