20-year-old Chelsea Snow is either a blissfully ignorant lil’ lady or an unabashed liar, and I can’t tell which one it is.
In an interview with Mirror, Chelsea explains how, as a part-time makeup artist, she’s able to travel the world for free without any dents to her wallet. “I’ve always wanted to travel but money has been an issue, but these guys pay for me to share incredible experience with them” she explains. “I joined Miss Travel as I’ve always had a passion for exploring and going to new places and now I hope to meet the man of my dreams at the same time.”
Miss Travel, for the uninitiated, is a travel and dating website for both single men and women looking for a companion to travel with them. Chelsea says she was “a bit skeptical at first” but after one of the men she’d been talking to suggested a trip to London, she “couldn’t wait to pack my bags”:
“Most of the men, who are in their 20’s and 30’s, are tired of travelling alone and just want someone to keep them company and I’m more than happy to do that.
“There’s no pressure there sexually either, I like to get to know each person individually first and then just go with what feels right.
“Over the past year I have been on more than 30 dates with different men all around the world and I have loved every one of them.(via)
Not only are Chelsea’s flights, food and lodging always paid for, but she says that each trip can cost up to $2,900. “One guy I met flew me to Las Vegas for three days to watch my favorite band” she brags, “we had a crazy time and watched so many shows, and as always everything was paid for.”
Look girl, I don’t know who you bribed in a past life to get lucky like this, but it’s going to run out at some point. Maybe you’re telling the truth and there really hasn’t been any pressure to bang any of the dudes flying you around the world, but that’s not the norm. Every single guy you traveled with wanted sex, guaranteed. You think you’re friends with these men? You met them over the Internet on a glorified sugar daddy website – maybe they weren’t pressuring you, but that doesn’t mean they’d turn down a quick OTPHJ on the plane ride home if you’d offered it. And while yes, you say you request a separate bedroom on each trip, the key word there that no one is paying attention to is “request” – after 30 different trips I’m hard pressed to believe that you had a separate room on each one.
Since signing up for Miss Travel, Chelsea says that she’s encouraged her friends to sign up as well, however no word yet on whether her friends have had to jerk a dude off in an airport bathroom in exchange for the window seat on their flight.
