This Woman Was Told By Her Gym Her Breasts Were ‘Too Large’ For Possibly The Most PG Tank Top Ever

An Ottawa woman claims she was humiliated and body shamed by staff at her gym after being told that “her chest was too large for her tank top.”

Jenna Vecchio told Metro she was “working out with her husband on Saturday morning at Movati when a female supervisor confronted her about her attire. She was told other clients at the gym had complained her top made them feel uncomfortable.”

Vecchio was “confused and seriously embarrassed, especially since other women wore similar tank tops.”  She was told she could finish her workout – in a t-shirt. Her and her husband left immediately.

Vecchio discussed her experience on FB and posted photos of the “offensive” tank top.

Here’s a better view of the most inoffensive tank top of all time.

Vecchio has since quit the gym. The facility issued a statement on the ordeal, stating..

“On Saturday when some members of our gym voiced complaints regarding Ms. Vecchio’s attire as it made them feel uncomfortable and was seen as being contrary to our dress code policy our staff assessed the situation and spoke to Ms. Vecchio. While in no way did we intend to embarrass her, we did feel we had to address the issue.”

I’m going to start my own gym. My gym will have one rule…

Rule #1 — Everyone leave everybody the hell alone.

This rule ESPECIALLY goes for gym personnel. If a person is paying money to work out in my establishment, unless they’re lifting buck naked — or in jorts — they can wear whatever the hell they want to wear. If it offends other people, that’s on them. If a person wears an “offensive” outfit to the mall, would you alert security? No. You’d just get the hell away from them.

Also, why the fuck are you staring at other people while working out? Put your head down and work out! Get your mind right!
