Back in July, former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle was arrested on charges related to possession of child pornography and attempted sex with minors.
Today, after a guilty plea, he received his sentence.
Mother fucker is going to jail for 15 years and eight months. The judge in his case went over and above the recommended length prosecutors asked for when Fogle agreed to plead guilty.
She said the advisory sentence range of 135 to 168 months “does not sufficiently account for the defendant’s criminal conduct.”
She described Fogle, 38, as having had a “privileged” upbringing before becoming “obsessed” with sex and minors.
Fogle is required by federal law to serve at least 85% of his time. See you in 2030 you pervert.
