Man, I miss Eastbound And Down. That show had a perfect run for an HBO comedy. But now it’s done and I find myself being the sad buy at the party throwing out Kenny Powers quotes and waiting for people to go “hell yeah, Kenny fucking Powers!” while shoveling beer in my throat. Usually they just leave me hanging. I guess the world has moved on. I guess I peaked in 2009.
But all I’m saying is this — If Kenny Powers owned a speed boat, it’d ABSOLUTELY be this ridiculous van/boat RV combo. It’s a boat AND an RV powered by what looks like a a vintage ’89 Ford Econoline. He’d be railing lines of Bolivia’s finest off strippers for days in the back of that thing.
This is the mullet of vehicles — business in the front, party in the back.
Kenny Powers really needs to make a comeback, if not just for the sick jet skiing that’s going on without him.
