Except Benjamin Chisolm, who is a freshman attackman at the University of Maryland, didn’t get to go home after the show. He had to go to jail for molesting a passed out woman during the concert.
According to investigators, the alleged incident happened Sunday night during the Zac Brown Band concert at the venue in Bristow, Va. They say the victim claims she woke up and found the man—whom she didn’t know—lying beside her and touching her inappropriately.
Prince William County police say the suspect, Benjamin Chisolm of Davidsonville, Md., walked away from the victim, and was eventually detained by police for public intoxication. He was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery.
He is being held without bail. Which is kind of ironic, because I bet he sang along to this song at some point.
