Netflix’s Customer Service Did Something AWESOME For A Marine Deployed In Afghanistan

We all know that Comcast’s customer service is the worst thing in the world. The many, many, many, many, many documented horror stories are almost comical at this point. But this story will renew your faith in humanity — or at least customer service. It comes from sworn Comcast nemesis Netflix.

Earlier today The Chive made an innocent-enough post about why Netflix’s customer service is the exact opposite of Comcast. The Chive posted it on their Facebook page where a Marine veteran shared this story about Netflix when he was deployed in Afghanistan.

It starts out pretty crappy — a customer service rep said something completely out of line. But in the end, justice was served and everyone’s day was made.

Bro move, Netflix. Never change.
